How can I trust that the deals you send are legitimate?

The best part of the whole thing is that you actually book directly with the airlines! There is no middle man. Our team makes sure only the best flight deals make it to you. No need to worry about multiple stops with long layovers. We give you all the travel and price details and an estimate on how long the deal will be available.

How frequently will I get the deals in my inbox?

You can expect to get deals from us 3-4 times a week. Our trips are usually about 2-10 months out so you can have plenty of time to plan your next getaway.

Can I purchase more than 1 ticket?

Absolutely! You are not restricted by how many people fly with you on our deals. Since you are booking directly with the airline, book a ticket for your bestie or your husband while you’re at it!

When I book my flight, can I pay with miles/points/redeem travel credit?

Yes, you book directly with the airline. That means if you have any of the airline’s points, miles, certificates, or other credits you can use them with that airline.

How often is the membership fee charged?

The Anomaly Flight Club Membership is an annual fee, so your card will be charged once and you will get deals for a full year.

Can I change my airport if I move?

Certainly!  Just send us an email with your new preferred airport and start receiving deals right away.

Can I set specific travel dates for deals?

Nope. But don’t worry, we’ve got a good reason.  We send our members flight deals to popular destinations all around the globe that are 40%-80% less than they normally would be. We have found that if your criteria is so limited, you miss most of the incredible deals. Because of this, we do not offer specific dates/destinations. However, most of our deals are for trips that are 2-10 months out, so even if you have a semi-fixed schedule you can still make your travel plans around the flight you purchase. We also get your top three travel destinations when you join so that we can keep an eye out and let you know if a flight drop below 40% or more. We are different from a flight booking service like Google Flights, Hopper, or Momondo (or the hundreds of similar services) in that you can’t look up specific travel dates to specific destinations

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, all credit card transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, the industry-leader in credit card security. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent certifications in the payments industry.
